We diagnose the actual water source before we quote anything — no guessing, no upsell, just a plan sized to your basement.
We've seen enough Mount Prospect, IL basements to know that a wet spot in one corner rarely tells the whole story. Before we recommend drain tile or a sump upgrade, we trace the water back to where it's actually entering, not just where you noticed it.
Every technician carries full state licensing and liability coverage before they ever step into your basement.
Our Mount Prospect, IL crews are staffed locally, so a wet basement call doesn't sit in a national queue for a week.
You get one written number before drilling starts, covering drain tile, sump basin, and discharge line.
Thermal imaging helps us confirm whether a stain is active moisture or an old, already-fixed leak.
Every Mount Prospect, IL Basement Waterproofing job starts with an inspection, not a generic package — here's what that typically includes.
We route drain tile beneath the existing slab line so flooring disruption stays minimal during installation.
Every drain tile system needs a properly sized sump pump — we calculate basin size and pump horsepower from your square footage and local water table depth.
The cove joint where the floor meets the foundation wall is one of the most common Mount Prospect, IL leak points, and we seal it as part of every interior system.
We install membrane on masonry walls before any insulation or framing goes up, so moisture never gets a chance to reach finished materials.
Window wells that hold water after a storm are a direct pressure point against the glass and frame — we add gravel beds and drain lines tied into the main system.
A quick phone conversation lets us bring the right equipment on the first visit instead of a second trip.
A technician walks the basement with a moisture meter, checking walls, floor, and cove joints to trace the water back to its actual source.
You'll see drain tile footage, sump specs, and labor broken out separately, not one vague lump-sum number.
You'll get warranty paperwork and a walkthrough of how the system works so you know what to expect going forward.
